Daily Login Notifications + Weapon Rebalancing

Added Features:
✅ Added daily login notification to homescreen each new day that you log into STL
✅ Made it so that daily login now tracks whether or not you visit site that day, seperate from daily spins
✅ Daily spins are tracked on their own stat, and are still recorded for daily streaks
✅ Readjusted AWP to have no movement penalty
✅ Readjusted AK47 to have 625 firerate
✅ Nerfed AK47 to do headshot damage of 50 instead of 70
✅ Buffed SMG to do 2x damage when shooting at 15 units of range, otherwise default damage
✅ Changed invincibility timer from 5s -> 3s
✅ Made it so that player movement doesn't cancel invincibility timer, only firing weapon does
✅ Continued development on upcoming quest features

Fixed Features:
🛠️ Fixed a semantic / wording issue with daily login streaks and daily spin streaks
🛠️ Fixed several backend bugs relating to notifications system

Removed Features:
❌ Removed bloated assets and features
